- Shipments will be processed the same day that the order is placed if it is received and authorized by noon EST.
- Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or after noon (EST) on Friday will be processed on Monday.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays).
- Delivery is within the US only and does not include A.P.O./F.P.O. or P.O. Boxes.
- Express deliveries must have signature for release.
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must ship express and require an additional $3.00 fee plus the additional express shipping and handling fee.
- Gift certificates are shipped separately and should arrive within 7 - 10 business days. If you need to express ship a gift certificate, please contact Customer Service.
* Orders shipped to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, AFP/FPO Boxes must be sent by USPS Mail. Tracking is not available on these orders. At this time, we are only able to fulfill orders within the United States If your billing information has a foreign address but you are shipping to an address within the US, we will be able to fulfill your order.
